What standards do InsulatorX porcelain insulators meet?
Our product families are designed and type-tested to IEC 60305, IEC 60372, IEC 60383, ASTM, ANSI C29, GB/T 7253 and equivalent BS / JIS standards. Independent type-test reports are available on request.
What is the maximum voltage class you supply?
We supply hardware for AC transmission up to 1000 kV and HVDC up to ±1100 kV. We routinely manufacture for distribution (6–33 kV), sub-transmission (66–132 kV), transmission (220–500 kV) and ultra-high-voltage classes.
Do you offer custom shed profiles or creepage extensions?
Yes. Our engineering team designs custom shed profiles and extended-creepage variants for heavy-pollution corridors, coastal sites and high-altitude lines. Minimum order quantities apply for new tooling.
What is the typical lead time?
Standard models ship in 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Custom designs require 8–14 weeks depending on tooling and type-testing scope.
Do you support FOB and CIF shipments?
Yes. We ship under EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms from Chinese ports, and can consolidate with other Jingyuan Group exports to optimize logistics.
Can I visit your factory or witness type tests?
Yes. Buyer factory audits and witness testing are welcome at our Pingxiang campus. Please email support@insulatorx.com to schedule.
